Softmerce Technologies builds vertical SaaS products for businesses across healthcare, agriculture, hospitality, finance, logistics, and 100+ other industries. Our engineering is AI-driven — which means we need sharp business minds, not programmers, to make our products succeed.
This is a rare opportunity for commerce and management students to work inside a real AI-powered product company and build a career in product operations, customer success, and sales.
What You Will Do
- Learn Softmerce vertical products end-to-end — billing, CRM, inventory, operations modules — and become a domain expert
- Perform functional and workflow testing of products from a business user's viewpoint (no coding involved)
- Verify business logic: GST/tax calculations, invoicing, reports, payment flows, subscription billing
- Document product features, write user guides, and prepare help content
- Handle customer support queries and learn customer success operations
- Work alongside AI-assisted development teams and understand how AI-first companies build software
What You Will Learn
- How vertical SaaS products are built, tested, and sold
- Product operations, QA methodology, and structured testing practices
- Customer support and customer success fundamentals
- Business domain knowledge across multiple industries
- How AI tools are used across a real software company
- Professional communication, documentation, and reporting
Who Can Apply
- BBA, B.Com, M.Com, MBA — final-year students or recent graduates
- No programming knowledge required — this is a pure business/functional role
- Strong in written and spoken English
- Comfortable using computers, web applications, and spreadsheets
- Detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn how software businesses work
