Field Sales Executive

We are looking for an active and target-driven Field Sales Executive to visit customers, generate new leads, build business relationships, and increase sales. The candidate should be confident in meeting clients, explaining products, taking orders, and following up regularly to convert leads into customers.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Visit retail stores, bakeries, cafés, cloud kitchens, hotels, restaurants, and other potential customers.

• Generate new leads through field visits, market research, references, and cold visits.

• Explain company products, pricing, offers, and services to customers.

• Take orders from customers and coordinate with the internal team for processing.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

• Follow up with leads and customers for repeat orders.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Collect customer feedback and share market requirements with the team.

• Track competitor products, pricing, and market trends.

• Maintain proper records of visits, leads, orders, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with warehouse, billing, and dispatch teams for smooth order delivery.

• Ensure timely payment follow-up wherever required.

Requirements

• Prior experience in field sales, B2B sales, retail sales, or FMCG sales preferred.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Ability to travel daily for customer visits.

• Basic knowledge of sales follow-up and customer handling.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic smartphone and WhatsApp usage required.

• Two-wheeler preferred.
