Job Description
HR cum Admin ExecutiveQualification: B.Com / M.Com | 1–3 Years Experience | Good Communication & MS Office Skills
- Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit & hire staff (Accountants, Tax Consultants & Office Staff).
- Post job openings, shortlist candidates & coordinate interviews.
- Client billing, receivable follow-up & payroll management.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, joining & exit formalities.
- Organize office events, festivals & employee engagement activities.
- Manage office administration, stationery, pantry, housekeeping, vendors & office aesthetics.
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations with management.
- Perform other HR, admin, and management-assigned duties as required.
