Job Description

"Gappis Pizza" (Mira Road & Bhyander) Job Summary: We are looking for a hardworking and disciplined Kitchen Helper / Commis to support our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, maintain hygiene standards, and assist in preparing delicious pizzas and other menu items.

  • Key Responsibilities Assist in pizza preparation and food production.
  • Hand Stretch dough ball pizza making.
  • Prepare and portion ingredients as per recipes.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Support chefs during busy service hours.
  • Receive and store inventory properly.
  • Wash utensils and kitchen equipment when required.
  • Ensure quality and consistency in food preparation.
  • Work as a team to provide excellent customer service.
