Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth by generating new leads, building client relationships, onboarding service partners, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentIdentify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, calls, referrals, networking, and online channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residential customers, commercial clients, builders, property managers, and corporate organizations.
  • Promote WaveTech Services and its service offerings to potential customers.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead Generation & SalesGenerate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Partner & Vendor OnboardingRecruit and onboard service technicians and service partners across various categories.
  • Maintain relationships with existing partners and ensure service quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Client Relationship ManagementBuild long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Handle client queries and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Reporting & DocumentationMaintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Track performance metrics and provide regular updates to management.
  • Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi (preferred).
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, telecalling, field sales, or customer service is an advantage.
