Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing recruitment team. This is a fully remote position where you will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.

This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about recruitment and want to build a long-term career in HR.

  • ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals such as Apna, Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls.
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate with candidates until joining.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and databases.
  • Follow up with candidates regularly.
  • Prepare recruitment reports.

Assist with employer branding and hiring campaigns.
