Job Description

Welcome and assist customers with their jewellery purchase decisions.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable gold, diamond, and precious stone jewellery.

Explain product features, diamond quality (4Cs), pricing, and certification to customers.

Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.

Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize customer value.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and complaints professionally.

Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and the showroom is clean and organized.

Maintain accurate product knowledge and stay updated on new collections and promotions.

Follow company SOPs, billing procedures, inventory handling, and security guidelines.

Support stock verification, inventory management, and showroom operations as required.
