Job Description

ob SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales of diamonds and jewellery products. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful business opportunities through phone, email, WhatsApp, and online platforms.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
  • Generate and qualify leads from various sources.
  • Contact prospective customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and company offerings.
  • Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up with customers regularly.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for order processing.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.
  • Stay updated on diamond market trends, pricing, and product knowledge.
