Job Description

The Role:

We're looking for someone who can open doors. Your main job is to find and win new corporate clients for our gifting and event work, in Surat and beyond, then stay close enough to those clients to earn repeat business. This is a hunting-led role with an account management tail.


What you'll do:

  • Identify and pursue new corporate clients, with bulk gifting as the top priority (especially the Diwali season) and event curation second
  • Run the full sales cycle: outreach, pitch, proposal, negotiation, close
  • Win clients in Surat and across other cities, with travel for meetings as needed
  • Pitch in person and over phone, email, and WhatsApp
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline with clear follow-through
  • Nurture existing clients into repeat and larger orders
  • Work closely with the founders to shape offerings around what clients actually want


What we're looking for:

  • 1-3 years in B2B, corporate, or solution-based sales (no freshers)
  • A proven track record of closing and hitting targets
  • Comfort selling a premium, design-led product to decision-makers
  • Strong written and spoken communication (English and Hindi)
  • Self-driven, organised, and able to own a number
  • Bonus: an existing network among corporate or HR/admin buyers
