Job Description

The Survey Executive conducts surveys, gathers data, ensures data accuracy, and prepares reports to help management make informed business decisions.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesConduct surveys through phone calls, online platforms, face-to-face interviews, or field visits.
  • Explain survey objectives and obtain responses from participants.
  • Collect, verify, and record survey data accurately.
  • Maintain survey databases and documentation.
  • Monitor survey progress and response rates.
  • Follow company guidelines and quality standards.
  • Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations of survey findings.
  • Coordinate with supervisors, clients, or research teams.
  • Resolve respondent queries and handle feedback professionally.
  • Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data collection and record-keeping abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and survey software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
