• Key ResponsibilitiesInbound ProcessHandle incoming customer calls related to banking products and services.
• Resolve customer queries regarding accounts, loans, EMIs, transactions, and service requests.
• Provide accurate product and policy information while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Outbound ProcessMake outbound calls for customer follow-ups, service updates, document verification, feedback collection, and customer engagement.
• Inform customers about banking services, loan offers, EMI reminders, and account updates.
• Maintain professional communication while meeting productivity and quality targets.
• Email ProcessRespond to customer emails within defined turnaround times (TAT).
• Resolve customer concerns through clear, professional, and accurate written communication.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely closure of email requests.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
