We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager

Varnam Raja: Art of Marriage | Coimbatore (Sitra)

Varnam Raja designs holistic, aesthetic, minimal weddings across Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Erode and surrounding districts. We’re growing fast and need a strong closer to lead our customer-facing sales process.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full sales journey from Clarity Call to closed deal — understand the couple’s needs, present our process, and convert qualified leads into confirmed events

• Build win-win quotations (Estimate 60% + Margin 25% + Profit 15%) and handle objections with confidence

• Run client meetings and presentations (Event Clarity Summary, Event PPT) that build trust and urgency

• Guide and mentor a sales executive in lead qualification

• Be the bridge between customer expectations and our design/operations team

• Drive conversion ratio targets (Lead → Clarity Call → Meeting → Confirmation)

Who We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of consultative, high-value, face-to-face sales — interior decor, real estate, jewellery, catering/venues, automobiles, or photography backgrounds welcome

• Strong communication (English + local language), confident presenting to families and couples

• Comfortable with field visits, evening/night work during event season

• Basic understanding of design, measurements, and event structures is a plus

• A “serve first, then sell” mindset — not a pushy closer, a trusted advisor
