Key Responsibilities (Property Acquisition Executive – Vistara Prime )

Engage and Onboard Property Owners: Identify and onboard new property owners through a structured end-to-end process — from documentation and contract execution to CRM integration.

Client Relationship Management: Build long-term trust with owners and tenants by resolving queries, managing communication, and ensuring smooth handovers.

Site Visits & Property Evaluation: Conduct professional property assessments, document conditions, and coordinate with internal operations and maintenance teams for timely readiness.

Data & Performance Tracking: Utilize CRM tools to log interactions, track acquisition progress, and generate daily performance and reporting updates.

Conflict Resolution: Handle owner or tenant escalations diplomatically, ensuring compliance with company protocols and local legal standards.

Safety & Conduct: Maintain 100% compliance with company travel and driving standards during community visits.

Collaboration & Growth: Work closely with operations, marketing, and maintenance departments to deliver an exceptional property experience.
