Job Description
We are looking for a smart, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to be the face of our organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage front office operations efficiently. Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with proper telephone etiquette.
- Communicate confidently in English and Hindi with clients and visitors.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it is neat, organized, and presentable.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain the management calendar.
- Coordinate with internal departments for visitor management and administrative support.
- Maintain visitor records, courier registers, and office documentation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and correspondence.
- Assist in office administration and support HR/Admin activities when required.
- Provide refreshments to guests and ensure excellent hospitality.
- Handle basic inquiries regarding the company and direct visitors appropriately.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline.
- Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Experience1–3 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or Customer Support Executive.
- Experience in a corporate office or real estate company will be preferred.
