Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for handling logistics coordination, customer communication, and email correspondence. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be organized, and be able to coordinate with customers, courier partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via email and phone.
- Coordinate laptop dispatches, pickups, and deliveries with logistics partners.
- Track shipments and proactively update customers on shipment status.
- Draft and respond to professional emails.
- Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, and support teams.
- Create support tickets and maintain accurate records.
- Follow up on pending deliveries, pickups, and customer requests.
- Resolve customer concerns with a professional and positive approach.
