Retail Sales Executive

Job Summary:

A Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers in selecting Yamaha two-wheelers, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service. The role involves generating leads, explaining product features, arranging test rides, completing sales documentation, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Yamaha models.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, insurance, and exchange offers.
• Arrange and coordinate test rides.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and follow up with potential customers.

Maintain accurate customer records and update sales reports.

Coordinate with the finance and insurance team to ensure smooth delivery.

Ensure timely vehicle delivery and complete all required documentation.

Build long-term customer relationships and provide after-sales support.

Required Skills:

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
