Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling: Initiate contact with potential leads, students, or clients from provided databases.
  • Lead Conversion: Explain company products, courses, or services clearly to convert prospective inquiries into active clients.
  • Database Management: Update and maintain precise records of customer calls, interactions, and feedback in the internal system.
  • Follow-up Management: Routinely track and follow up with prospects to ensure maximum closure or admission rates.
  • Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and lead conversion targets efficiently.
  • Issue Resolution: Address queries, handle objections professionally, and guide customers with accurate information
