Office Executive – Marketing & Service Coordination

As an authorized distributor of Grundfos Pumps, Ion Exchange Water Treatment Systems, and V-Guard Heat Pump Water Heaters, we serve residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, and infrastructure projects across Gujarat.


Position: Office Executive – Marketing & Service Coordination

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and creative Office Executive to support our sales, marketing, and service operations. This role combines social media management, customer communication, telecalling, and service coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.


Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Marketing

  • Create and publish content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Design social media posts, reels, brochures, and promotional creatives using Canva or similar tools.
  • Plan and maintain the company's social media content calendar.
  • Showcase products, completed projects, customer testimonials, and company updates.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Telecalling & Customer Support

  • Make outbound calls to builders, architects, consultants, contractors, industries, and prospective customers.
  • Generate and qualify sales leads for the field sales team.
  • Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
  • Handle incoming customer calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate team.
  • Maintain customer records and update lead databases.

Service Coordination

  • Schedule installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and breakdown service visits.
  • Coordinate daily work schedules with field service engineers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely completion of service requests.
  • Prepare service reports, quotations, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for spare parts and technical support.
  • Maintain accurate service records and ensure prompt closure of service calls.

General Office Support

  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and basic documentation.
  • Maintain records, files, and office correspondence.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 0–3 years of experience in office administration, customer support, telecalling, marketing, or service coordination.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools will be an advantage.
  • Well-organized, responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
