Key Responsibilities:✔ Handle and convert qualified Google leads provided by the company

✔ Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties

✔ Conduct site visits and property presentations

✔ Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to closure

✔ Build strong relationships with customers and developers

✔ Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives

Requirements:✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in a Real Estate Channel Partner (CP) firm

✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills

✅ Good understanding of residential real estate sales

✅ Target-driven and customer-focused approach
