Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our Production & Manufacturing team. The candidate will assist in production operations, process monitoring, quality control, and continuous improvement activities to ensure efficient manufacturing processes and timely delivery of products.

• Key Responsibilities Assist in daily production planning and execution.
• Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure adherence to production schedules.
• Support machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting activities.
• Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth production flow.
• Participate in process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Monitor production targets, efficiency, and productivity levels.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist supervisors in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
• Support inventory control and material management activities.
• Learn and implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen practices.
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
• Understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
