& RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Areas of Duty
Related Tasks
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery
information and invoices.
Research potential vendors.
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers. - Cost Compair sheet
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Assist in Purchase department activities
Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities,
prices) into internal databases.
vendor sourcing practices (researching,
evaluating and liaising with vendors)
Understanding of supply chain procedures
