MICE Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented MICE Sales Executive with prior experience in the travel industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating business for domestic and international MICE, managing corporate clients, and achieving sales targets through effective client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities for Domestic & International MICE.

Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and travel partners.

Handle end-to-end sales activities, including lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closures.

Understand client requirements and prepare customized MICE packages.

Coordinate with operations and suppliers for seamless event execution.

Prepare quotations, presentations, and sales reports.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings to generate business.

Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in MICE Sales within the Travel Industry.

Strong knowledge of Domestic & International MICE destinations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to generate new business and manage key accounts.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

Preferred Skills

Corporate sales experience.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Knowledge of international travel regulations and visa processes is an added advantage.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
