• Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through various sales activities.
• Handle inbound & outbound (cold) calls to identify potential customers.
• Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
• Coordinate and conduct customer site visits.
• Work closely with telecallers to ensure effective site visit conversions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Negotiate with customers and close property sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
• Participate in promotional and marketing activities to generate business.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects until closure.
• EligibilityExperience in Sales is mandatory.
• Real Estate Sales experience will be highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and team spirit.
