Assistant Restaurant Manager

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations of the resort’s restaurant outlet(s), ensuring high standards of food quality, guest service, hygiene, and operational efficiency. • Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field (preferred).careers.marriott+1
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in restaurant operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/assistant manager role.careers.marriott+1
• Prior experience in a hotel/resort or wellness/health-focused dining environment is highly desirable.careers.marriott
• Strong knowledge of F&B service, menu planning, inventory management, and POS systems (e.g., Toast, Micros, or similar).careers.marriott+1
