Job Description

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 0-1 years of retail sales experience, ideally in furniture, interior design, or a closely related home goods sector.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills to build instant rapport and negotiate deals.
  • Design Eye: A foundational understanding of interior design, color palettes, and space planning is highly preferred.
  • Customer Focus: A patient, problem-solving, and customer-centric mindset.
  • Basic Technology: Proficiency in basic Point of Sale (POS) software, inventory tracking, and CRM tools.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to spend long hours on the sales floor, occasionally lifting or moving light furniture and decor.
