Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: [Upparpalli, Attapur, Hyderabad]

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Performance-Based)

• Job Responsibilities:Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage and follow up on customer enquiries and sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Maintain and update the customer database and sales pipeline.
• Requirements:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel if required.
• Salary & Incentives:Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
• Salary will be paid on a pro-rata basis and is performance-based, depending on target achievement and attendance.
