Key Responsibilities
● Assist in employee onboarding and documentation processes.
● Maintain and organize employee records, files, and HR databases.
● Explain company policies, procedures, and HR guidelines to employees.
● Collect employee feedback and assist in employee engagement initiatives.
● Plan and coordinate fun activities, team-building events, and workplace engagement programs.
● Support attendance tracking, leave management, and other administrative tasks.
● Assist in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
● Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate documentation.
● Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements
● Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
Management, or a related field.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Good organizational and documentation abilities.
● Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
● Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to handle confidential information.
