Job Title: Real Estate Sales ExecutiveCompany: Divine Space
Working Time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Compensation: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
Job DescriptionDivine Space is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to build relationships with clients and close deals effectively.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and follow up with prospective clients
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Arrange and conduct site visits with customers
- Negotiate prices and close sales deals
- Maintain relationships with existing and new clients
- Keep records of client interactions and sales activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction execution
- Eligibility & RequirementsGood verbal and written communication skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Sales-oriented mindset with target-driven approach
- Experience in real estate sales will be an additional advantage
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome
