As one of India's Top 5 Royal Enfield dealerships, we are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Executive who can showcase our brand, riders, events, and achievements through engaging digital content.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive who can independently manage all social media platforms, create engaging content, shoot and edit videos, design promotional creatives, and execute digital marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for motorcycles, strong storytelling abilities, and a deep understanding of social media trends. The candidate will play a key role in building Kings Royal Riders' digital presence across Maharashtra and India.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management Manage all social media platforms including:

• Instagram
• Facebook
• YouTube
• LinkedIn
• X (Twitter)
• Google Business Profile (GMB)
• WhatsApp Business
• Other emerging social media platforms

• Create and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Monitor engagement, comments, messages, and customer interactions.
• Increase followers, reach, engagement, and brand awareness.

Content Creation

• Create high-quality content for social media platforms.
• Shoot videos, reels, customer testimonials, bike deliveries, rides, events, and workshop activities.
• Cover Royal Enfield launches, customer stories, rides, and community events.
• Create engaging storytelling content around motorcycles and riders.

Video Editing & Production

• Edit reels, short-form videos, YouTube videos, and promotional content.
• Add professional transitions, subtitles, graphics, and effects.
• Optimize content according to platform requirements.
• Stay updated with current social media and video trends.

Graphic Designing

• Design social media posts, banners, posters, standees, event creatives, and promotional materials.
• Create festival campaigns, launch campaigns, workshop promotions, and service-related creatives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline platforms.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Design WhatsApp and SMS marketing campaigns.
• Create lead generation campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams for promotional activities.
• Promote Kings Royal Riders across Maharashtra and India.

Google Business & Online Reputation

• Manage Google Business Profiles.
• Upload photos, videos, updates, and offers regularly.
• Improve customer engagement and review management.
• Monitor and maintain online brand reputation.

SEO & Website Support

• Basic understanding of SEO principles.
• Support website content updates.
• Optimize content for better online visibility.
• Improve local search rankings and digital presence.

Event Coverage

• Cover Motorcycle Launch Events
• Rider Meets
• Customer Delivery Events
• Service Camps
• Community Rides
• CSR Activities
• Create real-time content during events.

• Willing to travel for shoots, events, and rides.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Diploma or Certification in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Video Editing, or related fields will be preferred.

Experience

• Freshers with exceptional skills may apply.
• 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, Digital Marketing, or related fields preferred.
