Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Marketer with 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of content creation, paid advertising, lead generation, branding, and graphic designing. The candidate will be responsible for managing all social media platforms, increasing brand awareness, generating quality leads, and improving online engagement.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media ManagementManage and grow Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Create and execute monthly social media calendars.
• Plan and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to inquiries.
• Digital Marketing & Lead GenerationRun and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
• Generate qualified leads through social media campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI.
• Manage remarketing and audience targeting strategies.
• Content CreationDevelop creative content ideas aligned with business goals.
• Write compelling captions, ad copies, and promotional content.
• Coordinate with sales and design teams for campaign requirements.
• Graphic DesigningDesign social media creatives, banners, posters, advertisements, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Work on Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
• Create visually appealing content consistent with brand guidelines.
• Analytics & ReportingTrack social media performance and advertising metrics.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
• Suggest improvements based on data insights.
• Required Skills5+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience in lead generation campaigns.
• Good understanding of Instagram growth strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic video editing.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
• Excellent communication and content writing skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Experience in Interior Design, Modular Kitchen, Real Estate, or Home Improvement industry preferred.
• Certification in Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
