Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer communication through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.

• Follow up with existing customers regarding orders, dispatches, payments, and requirements.

• Maintain customer records and update data in Excel and company software.

• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and management teams to ensure timely execution of orders.

• Prepare and share quotations, product catalogs, and business documents.

• Track pending payments and perform regular follow-ups.

• Maintain daily reports of customer interactions and business activities.

• Assist in generating new business inquiries and maintaining the customer database.

• Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams.
