Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Sales & Lead Generation: Calling potential prospects to promote products or services, following up on leads, and closing sales.
• Customer Support: Answering inbound inquiries, explaining product benefits, and addressing complaints or concerns professionally.
• Database Management: Updating and maintaining accurate records of client conversations, contact details, and follow-up actions in the company CRM.
• Meeting Quotas: Achieving daily, weekly, or monthly targets for call volume, call duration, and sales conversions.

Key Requirements & Skills
