Field Sales Executive

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and field-ready Field Growth Executives to lead our canopy-based onboarding and publicity drive in Bhopal.

Your main mission will be to raise awareness for the Bharat Worker Partner App, interact with local skilled professionals, service providers, and daily-wage workers at high-footfall areas (like Labour Chowks and Commercial Hubs), help them download the app, and assist them in setting up their profiles.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Canopy Setup & Engagement: Set up canopies at assigned field locations in Bhopal and engage with daily visitors, professionals, and workers.
• App Promotion & Awareness: Explain the features, benefits, and subscription process of the Bharat Worker Partner App in simple local language.
• Assisted Profile Onboarding: Guide and assist less-educated or non-tech-savvy workers step-by-step in creating their profiles, entering details, and uploading necessary documents on their smartphones.
• Publicity & Outreach: Distribute promotional materials (flyers, pamphlets) and handle basic queries with patience and clarity.
• Daily Reporting: Maintain daily records of footfall, successful downloads, completed profiles, and submit daily reports to the field manager.

Educational Qualification & Requirements

• Education: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
• Language Skills: Fluent Hindi with strong local communication skills to easily connect with workers and professionals.
• Tech Literacy: Comfortable using Android smartphones, navigating mobile apps, and managing basic data entry.
• Soft Skills: High energy, friendly attitude, patience when assisting low-literacy users, and strong convincing power.
• Mobility: Must be willing to travel across assigned locations in Bhopal.

Preferred:

• Candidates having a 2-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid Driving License will be given preference (Conveyance allowance will be provided).

What We Offer:

• Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹25,000 (Based on interview & experience).
• Conveyance Allowance: Separate travel / petrol allowance for field work.
