Job Title
Computer Operator – Sales, Purchase & Banking Reconciliation
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain sales and purchase data in software/ERP.
- Prepare sales and purchase reports.
- Perform daily bank reconciliation and verify transactions.
- Maintain records of receipts, payments, and invoices.
- Coordinate with accounts and finance teams.
- Generate MIS reports and data summaries.
- Ensure accuracy of data entry and documentation.
- Handle Excel spreadsheets and accounting software.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
- Experience with accounting software such as TallyPrime or ERP systems.
- Understanding of sales, purchase, GST, and banking transactions.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
