Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
  • Explain the company's civil construction services and ongoing projects.
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Follow up with existing and potential clients regarding quotations, project updates, and appointments.
  • Schedule meetings between clients and project engineers or sales executives.
  • Maintain accurate customer and call records in Excel or CRM software.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for client requirements and project-related information.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Prepare daily call reports and submit updates to the reporting manager.
  • Required SkillsGood communication skills in English and the local language.
  • Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email).
  • Ability to maintain customer records accurately.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
