Job Description

Contact customers through outbound and inbound calls regarding outstanding dues.

Follow up with customers to ensure timely repayment of overdue amounts.

Negotiate payment plans and settlements in accordance with company policies.

Update customer interactions and payment commitments accurately in the CRM/system.

Resolve customer queries related to payments and account status.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.

Escalate complex cases to the Team Leader when required.

Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
