Job Description

Perform battery assembly and production operations according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Conduct setup verification and process checks at the beginning of shifts.

Monitor production line performance and identify process deviations.

Perform quality inspections, torque verification, and First Pass Yield (FPY) monitoring.

Maintain production records, check sheets, and ERP entries.

Handle line rejections and support corrective and preventive actions.

Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce defects.

Follow safety regulations, 5S practices, and workplace discipline.
