• Job ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, and social media.
• Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
• Conduct telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets.
• EligibilityGraduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
• Recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and internet sourcing.
• Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

• Monday to Saturday
• 2nd & 4th Saturday Off

• SIM recharge expenses will be borne by the candidate.
• Dedicated Broadband/High-Speed Internet Connection is mandatory.
• Internet/Broadband expenses will be borne by the candidate.
