Job Description
Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Noida sector 2, Nearest metro station 15
Experience: 0-3 Years
Salary: ₹14000-₹24000
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
- Generate leads and create demand for loans and other financial products.
- Guide customers in choosing the best options available across Banks and NBFCs.
- Handle customer interactions over phone calls and provide product information.
- Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) from application filing to disbursal.
- Follow up with customers and ensure a smooth application process.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain strong customer relationship
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic understanding of sales and customer service.
Ability to learn and explain financial products effectively.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
