Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries professionally and empathetically via phone and chat.
• Accurately file and manage legal documents within strict deadlines.
• Maintain detailed and timely case notes based on all client interactions.
• Proactively communicate case progress updates to clients.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and healthcare providers to obtain medical records.
• Input and manage client information in CRM software with high accuracy.
• Initiate claims by contacting insurance companies as required.
• Take on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve (flexibility required).

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in an international call center 
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills – neutral accent, professional tone, and strong grammar.
• Convent school education background is preferred.
• Comfortable and reliable working U.S. night shifts.
• Hardworking – able to manage volume, meet targets, and work with minimal supervision.
• Flexible – open to shifting priorities, tasks, and schedules as business demands.
• Quality-focused – demonstrates high attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and commitment to first-time resolution.
