Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. With 1 year of hands-on experience, you will play a key role in end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, and people engagement activities. You will work closely with department heads and leadership to build a high-performing and inclusive workplace culture aligned with our organisational values.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent acquisition & recruitment
• Manage end-to-end hiring – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer rollout
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, and campus drives
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and draft JDs
• Maintain and update an active talent pipeline for recurring roles
• Conduct initial HR screening rounds and coordinate technical/panel interview schedules
Onboarding & induction
• Facilitate smooth onboarding – documentation, system access, and induction programs
• Ensure all pre-joining formalities and background verification are completed on time
• Coordinate with IT, Admin, and Finance for new employee readiness on Day 1
HR operations & compliance
• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS (attendance, leaves, personal data)
• Assist in payroll inputs – attendance data, LOP, reimbursements, and variable payouts
• Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESI, PT, and Shops & Establishment Act
• Handle employee life-cycle documentation – offer letters, confirmation, transfers, exit formalities
Employee engagement & relations
• Support planning and execution of engagement events, R&R programs, and team activities
• Serve as a point of contact for employees for HR-related queries and grievance redressal
• Drive initiatives to foster an inclusive, diverse, and positive workplace culture
• Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews; share feedback with HR Manager
Performance & learning
• Support performance appraisal cycles – coordinate goal-setting and review documentation
• Assist in identifying training needs and coordinate internal/external training sessions
• Maintain training calendar and track completion records
