Job Description

Job Title: Tender Executive (Government Portals & GeM Specialist)

Job Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 3–5+ years of core e-tendering experience

Location: Indore


Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled, 100% independent Tender Executive to manage our end-to-end government bidding process. You must possess complete operational knowledge of the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and various Central/State e-procurement portals. The ideal candidate requires zero supervision, from initial tracking to final submission.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Tendering

  • Tender Sourcing: Track relevant NITs (Notice Inviting Tenders) daily across portals.
  • Documentation: Prepare complete technical, financial, and statutory bid documents independently.
  • EMD & Fees: Coordinate Earnest Money Deposits, tender fees, and bank guarantees.
  • Submission: Upload error-free bids on CPPP, NIC, and state-specific portals.

Compliance & Evaluation

  • Clarifications: Attend pre-bid meetings and raise technical queries professionally.
  • Tender Evaluation: Analyze technical comparative statements and track L1 openings.
  • Shortfall Redressal: Respond quickly to technical shortfalls or tender corrigendums.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise: 100% hands-on experience with digital signature certificates (DSC).
  • Portal Knowledge: Expert fluency in GeM, Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP), and state e-tenders.
  • Documentation Skills: Strong drafting skills for authorization letters, compliance matrices, and undertakings.
  • Analytical Skills: Sharp eye for spotting tricky clauses in tender document chapters.
  • Autonomy: Proven track record of handling the entire tendering lifecycle completely alone.
