Hiring: Compliance Executive / Compliance Officer
📍 Location: Noida Sector 3
💰 Salary: As per company norms
We are looking for a Compliance Professional with hands-on experience in statutory compliance, labour law documentation, and payroll-related compliances.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ PF, ESIC, LWF & PT Challan Processing
✅ CLRA Compliance Management
✅ Leave Register Maintenance
✅ Minimum Wages Compliance
✅ Overtime Register & OT Calculation
✅ Form 11 & Form D Management
✅ Bonus Register & Bonus Returns
✅ Service Certificates, Full & Final Settlements & Gratuity Processing
✅ Contract Labour Returns
✅ Shops & Establishment (S&E) Annual Returns
✅ HRA Act Compliance
Desired Candidate Profile:
✔️ Experience in statutory compliance and labour law documentation
✔️ Good understanding of PF, ESIC, CLRA, Bonus, Gratuity, and S&E compliances
✔️ Proficiency in MS Excel and compliance reporting
✔️ Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
✔️ Ability to coordinate with clients and government portals
