Kuber Events & Enterprises is hiring an Event Coordinator / Event Executive for managing corporate events, exhibitions, product launches, brand promotions, weddings, and outdoor events.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with clients, vendors & internal teams
• Handle event planning and execution work
• Manage on-site event setup and operations
• Coordinate product launches & promotional activities
• Take vendor follow-ups and manage event materials
• Visit venues/event locations for setup supervision
• Support decor, production, branding & logistics teams
• Ensure smooth execution of events from planning to completion
Required Skills:
• Good communication skills
• Team coordination & management ability
• Basic computer knowledge
• Problem-solving skills
• Ready to travel across Mumbai for events
• Two-wheeler preferred
Experience: Fresher – 3 Years
(Event Management / Brand Promotion / Hospitality experience preferred)
