Job Description -
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, managing follow-ups, and driving repeat sales through effective communication and consistent client engagement.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business leads through cold calling, telecalling, WhatsApp, and market research.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Convert leads into customers through regular follow-ups and relationship building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products.
- Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, and payments as required.
- Maintain accurate CRM records after every customer interaction.
- Track leads, customer interactions, and sales activities efficiently.
- Gather market and competitor information to support business growth.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- EligibilityBachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 0.5–1 year of experience in sales, inside sales, telesales, or business development.
- Experience in B2B or product sales will be preferred.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and client interaction skills.
- Good command of Hindi and basic English.
- Strong telecalling and follow-up abilities.
- Confidence in interacting with customers over calls and WhatsApp.
- Good relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined in maintaining records and follow-ups.
