Sales & Marketing Engineer / Manager

Job Location:

Greater Noida

Experience Required:

4–7 Years in Industrial B2B Sales & Marketing

CTC / Salary:: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 Take Home + Attractive Incentives + Travel Allowance + Performance-Based Growth

Preferred Background:

Candidates with experience in selling any of the following will be preferred:

Industrial Process Equipment

Heating Systems

Thermal Equipment

Process Machinery

Industrial Automation

Capital Equipment

Products to Handle

Thermal Wastewater Evaporators

Industrial Drum Heating Chambers

Flexible / IBC Heating Jackets

Industrial Tray Dryers

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through customer visits, cold calling, networking, and lead generation.

Identify new business opportunities and manage the complete sales pipeline.

Travel across India for business development and customer meetings.

Handle customer enquiries and prepare techno-commercial offers in coordination with the technical team.

Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

Build and maintain strong relationships with End Users, OEMs, EPC Contractors, and Consultants.

Conduct technical product presentations and commercial negotiations.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Preferred Industry Exposure

Candidates from the following industries will be preferred:

Chemical

Adhesives

Petrochemicals

Specialty Chemicals

FMCG

Engineering & Manufacturing

Required Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.

Passion for field sales and business development.

Good understanding of industrial equipment and engineering applications.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience with CRM software will be an added advantage.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Chemical Engineering

OR

Science Graduate with relevant Industrial B2B Sales experience.
