Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Qualification:

• MBA, BBA, BBM, Any Degree, or equivalent

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities and client leads

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Promote recruitment and consultancy services across Karnataka

• Meet potential clients and explain company services

• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business

• Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams

• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Kannada and English speaking ability

• Basic computer knowledge

• Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude

• Willingness to travel when required
