Job Description
Coordinate daily project activities and ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders.
Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
Coordinate with site engineers, architects, contractors, and vendors.
Follow up on material procurement and delivery schedules.
Maintain project documentation, drawings, approvals, and records.
Assist in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Schedule and attend project meetings, preparing MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
Identify project risks, delays, and issues, and escalate them when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project requirements.
Support management with project updates and coordination activities.
