Job Description

SDurable Construction Pvt. Ltd. is a growing construction company specializing in residential, commercial, renovation, and construction solutions. We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele Sales Caller to coldcall leads, engage potential clients, and support business growth.


Key Responsibilities


  • Introduce company services and explain construction solutions to clients.
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Schedule site visits and appointments for sales executives.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM/database regularly.
  • Follow up with interested customers and nurture leads.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
