Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, conducting site visits, explaining project details effectively, and converting leads into sales. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits with prospective customers and provide detailed project presentations.
- Clearly explain project features, approvals, pricing, and benefits to customers.
- Handle enquiries generated through various marketing channels and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to booking.
- Attend property exhibitions, promotional events, and other sales activities as required.
